Check out more WIP Wednesday blogs here!
These are some simple socks, but my favorite plain vanilla pattern. Toe up Socks with a Difference by Wendy Johnson. I work on these here and there, between commercial breaks, etc. So they are slow going, but still coming along.
Saroyan will be another, worked on here and there pattern. I love the leaves, but I am sure this one won't be ready to wear until next Winter.
The In Dreams Mystery Shawl is coming along. I am behind because I was waiting for the yarn I ordered ... should have done it earlier. I was hoping to catch up this past weekend, but chores and visitors put a stop to that (that's fine though).
And here's how I finished up my Wednesday evening after work ...

Really? Banana bread? Does it taste like banana bread?
It tastes like really yummy beer with a slightly banana flavor after taste. One of my favorites is Blueberry beer, so when a friend handed me this, I thought whoo hoo! It is good.
Whoa, you blew my mind with the banana beer. I don't like beer but LOVE banana. LOL
You've been busy with so many projects! They all are coming along great.
Great idea to have multiple projects to work on. All three are looking terrific. That banana beer is very intriguing. I must scope some out.
Love the colour of your socks and I bet that Mystery Dreams Shawl will be stunning!
If you're not careful, those socks will be done any minute! They're looking great, and I'm totally in love with your green yarn -- stunning!
Ooh, dessert and a beverage in one!
The socks are cute and they look awfully close to being on your feet. That Saroyan is a perfect color too!
I love the Saroyan color! You will enjoy that when it's done. My daughter made one for me and I am now a big fan of that length & shape for a wrap. It's less awkward than a triangular shawl but more interesting than a rectangular scarf.
Every time I see the Saroyan, I want to knit it. The yarn you're using is lovely!
And banana bread beer? I am amazed.
I really like those stripey socks! It's probably a lot of fun watching the colors appear and move around. I LOVE the two-at-a-time toe-up socks book. I want to start another pair soon.
