Summer Bead-A-Long Update #5
Look different? Let's just say Entomology and I had a break up tonight. I was so frustrated with this pattern. I literally threw the yarn and needles onto the desk baseball style.
I think it was a combination of things: The strung beads were driving me crazy, I had to stop a lot to shove all the beads down a length of yarn to continue knitting. I was using Knit Picks Zephyr acrylic tips and the yarn was sticking to them. Knitting into the beaded yarn overs was frustrating and then the beads were moving over stitches later on ... frustrating to say the least! It has been completely ripped out.
So I have moved on to a new pattern. Luckily I purchased these green beads previously and I recently dyed this yarn. I'm hoping this new choice will be successful. Life is too short to knit something that makes you furious!
Don't forget to join in my Yarn Give-Away until the 15th!!

Swapping projects was the only thing to do to save your sanity. The new pattern looks good. I'm looking forward to seeing the progress with your lovely yarn.
